Whether you're healing from harmful experiences or working to shift patterns that have impacted your relationships, this is a supportive space to reflect, understand, and grow.
Healing begins with being heard - without judgment, without fear.
My own experience with trauma once left me feeling disconnected and unfulfilled from myself, relationships and life. Curious to understand how trauma shapes our inner world and connections with others, I embarked on a personal journey of self-discovery that ultimately led me to study Social Work and retrain as a counsellor.

Since then, I have specialised in domestic and family violence counselling, supporting both victim-survivors and individuals seeking to change harmful behaviours, through 1:1 sessions and group work.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people rediscover their true selves, rebuild what’s been lost, and create lives that align with their values.

My Services
I currently only offer online counselling services via Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
Depending on your needs, we could meet in person (Brisbane City and Northwest Brisbane) for face-to-face counselling sessions. Get in touch and we can discuss this further.

Counselling for Survivors of Domestic and Family Violence
Find Clarity, Healing, and Strength Within.
I offer compassionate 1:1 counselling for individuals who have experienced abuse in an intimate relationship. Domestic and family violence can affect anyone, regardless of culture, gender, or financial background. Together, we’ll navigate the complex emotions, life challenges, and uncertainty that often follow abuse. In a safe and supportive space, I’ll help you explore your experiences, identify behavioural patterns, and gently uncover deeper wounds which could also be those rooted in early life. This is a space where your story is heard, your pain is honoured, and healing happens at your own pace

Counselling for individuals wanting to change their own abusive behaviour
Heal Trauma, Shift Negative Patterns. Have Respectful and Safer Relationships
Have you ever acted in ways that left you feeling ashamed or guilty, especially toward those you love most? You're not alone. I work with women who want to better understand and shift patterns of behaviour that may be affecting their relationships, wellbeing, or sense of self. In a safe and non-judgmental space, we explore the emotions, beliefs, and past experiences, often shaped by trauma, that influence your actions today. This is a respectful and empowering space to support your self-awareness, accountability, and personal growth, at a pace that feels right for you.

Woman's Behavioural Change Program
Heal Trauma. Shift Negative Patterns. Grow Together.
Unresolved trauma can shape how we think, feel, and behave, and if left unaddressed, it can harm our relationships with others and ourselves. In group therapy, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to explore these patterns, connect with others who understand, and begin the journey toward lasting change. Through shared insight, respectful connection, and guided healing, meaningful transformation becomes possible.
My Approach
My counselling approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, experiences, and beliefs. Healing can be confronting, but I believe in the power of vulnerability, self-awareness, and the willingness to grow. I offer trauma informed, person centered counselling and will walk beside you with compassion and patience as you navigate your inner world.
